For custom-made or personalized items, different return terms may apply. Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about returns for custom products.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
• Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return or subject to a restocking fee.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately if this applies to your order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
